160530 - Bolder Boulder 10k

Madi, Laura, Cindy, Lauren and I will be running the Bolder Boulder this year, with Rick cheering us on. Then we're meeting up with Louisa and Dawn at the original Oskar Blues in Lyons, CO. for some post-run chow, beer, video games and revelry. 
Get yourselves off your butts and do something physical before you head to that picnic or BBQ. 
I recommend a 5k or 10k run!
