160528 - Memorial Day Murph
At 9am we will be hosting a Memorial Day Murph workout at CCCF.
"Murph" is a CrossFit Hero workout named after Navy LT Michael P. Murphy (SEAL),
recipient of the Medal of Honor. It was a workout he would do frequently to keep himself
fit for the rigors of SEAL operations. We are doing it as not only a tribute to LT Murphy, but
also as a tribute to all Americans that have answered the call and paid the ultimate price.

If you have body armor or a 20/15lb weight vest wear it.
