15 twisting medball lunges (in place) M:20 F:14
15 wall balls (to higher standard, adjust weight if necessary)
TT-
3 rounds
5 stations, 1 minute per station, 1 minute between rounds
Seated sled pull (hand over hand) M:155 F:110
Max calorie AirDyne (or row if we have more than 10 people)
Wall Balls M:20 to 10' F:14 to 9'
Burpee broad jump M:2 x 25lb DBs F: 2 x 15lb DBs
