150605 - It getting hot in hurrrrrr...F-You Friday returns!

How do you measure how good your workout was? The amount of sweat on your brow? On your shirt? All over the floor?

If sweat was an indicator of fitness, then Bikram Yoga would produce the fittest athletes...in the world (Clarkson reference there). It doesn't.

Sometimes you'll sweat in here. Especially in the summer. Other times, you'll feel tired or sore without breaking one. Anyone that's been to one of our Mobility Stand-Downs will tell you. The point is that you should evaluate your workout by progress not by condensation-creating effort.

Have goals, measurable repeatable ones. If you're not tracking your progress in a book or on an app, then how do you measure success?
