30 box jumps
30 wall balls

If you're staying home, here's a little barn burner:
Every Minute on the Minute for 20: (EMOM 20:)
5 squats
10 hand release push ups
15 sit-ups
If you run out of time during the minute, drop off 5 sit-ups
until you can make it. Once you drop to 5 sit-ups,
drop off 5 push-ups until you can make it, but work the
entire 20 minutes!
