  2. 3 sets of 15 curls 35/45

Level 2 Day 2, Week 4

  1. Tabata kipping pull-ups
  2. Accumulate 40 band pulls

Level 3 Day 2, Week 4

  1. 5 sets max kipping pull-ups (mix butterfly and gymnastic)
