160314 - CrossFit | Be Success Full.

Fitness success and failure rely mainly on consistency. If you make it a point to show up each day, you'll find very few things in the rest of your life that are more responsive to your attention.

Every day I see success and failures in equal measure. I know when people are showing up and when they aren't. You can't have success if you have excuses as to why you can't make it in. 
I adjust the times to accommodate the most people. Classes with just one consistent person aren't fun for that person, nor are they fun for me (or Bri). If you really want to be better, than you cannot leave yourself a back door. 

Leave yourself no other option. 

It is a exceedingly rare event that I am not here on time, ready to train you. It's just as rare that I take time off and remove classes from the schedule because I want everyone to have the maximum ability to improve their lives.  I leave myself not other option than to be here for you. 

I know you're saying to yourself "Well, that's different"

It isn't. I have made a commitment to the health and fitness of each person that walks though the door, and I will not miss it.

You should do the same.
