Training at Choice City CrossFit is not just working out like you might at 24 Hour Fitness or Miramont. We are a true fitness and lifestyle program. 

We teach and encourage problem-solving, we build people's confidence and self-esteem, some of the closest friendships people have started here, we teach people how to become strong and resilient, and we condition people to breathe, utilize energy, circulate and sleep better. 

We do all these things because the goal is to help people be better people. The fact that they get into shape and become better athletes is a pleasant side benefit.
